The whole city feels like a friendly, responsive neighborhood, due to
the gracious multi-colored attractions and houses that look like they are
designed by visionaries, to express the perky
grace of America. As if every citizen of this city has expressed
their soul by designing a comfortable home,
and Monterey hotels are just as appealing.
